As newborn photographers in Bay City, MI, we want to help you remember all of the tiny details, the squishy baby rolls, each tiny finger and toe, the pouty lips, and the cute chubby cheeks. From the first moment you see, hold, and smell your newborn child, your world will change. The outpouring of love will be bigger than you ever knew possible. We specialize in capturing all of that love.

Our favorite sessions are with tiny, curled-up infants, fresh to the world. As newborn photographers in Bay City, MI, we’re doing so much more than just snapping photos – we’re caregivers to your newborn during their photo session. We’ll be gently and expertly handling, soothing, and posing your precious baby for up to 4 hours, while you cozy up on the couch and make yourselves at home. We want this experience to be truly relaxing and comfortable for you amidst the chaos of welcoming your new baby to the world.

If I could give more stars I would! We were referred to Luce Photography a few years ago by our wedding photographer who couldn’t accommodate us at the time for an in studio newborn session, and I couldn’t be more grateful. They did such an amazing job for our first son’s newborn, 6 month and 1 year cake smash photos, exceeding my hopes and expectations each time. This time around we purchased the First Year package for our newest arrival, which I highly recommend! Our son was born in April, and had to go right to the NICU, so we ended up having to reschedule twice due to just not knowing for sure when he would get to go home, and they were so kind and patient. Yes, we had some unfortunate/unforeseen circumstances, but I also know what it’s like to run a business, so I just appreciate how flexible and understanding they were about everything. You can be sure to expect an amazing experience with Julie and Lisa, from great communication, to the most careful and gentle handling of your new little one, to capturing the most beautiful photographs of your family. I can not wait to have these on our walls. This latest gallery brought me to happy tears for a number of reasons, but they just made my vision come to life, and really show the true personalities of our kiddos in every shot. These mean so much to me. Aside from all of that, they’re so much fun to watch work together. Magical… ✨ We can not wait for future sessions! Thank you Luce Photography!!
